Pesident Hosni Mubarak said after signing the
declaration of principles with Russian President Vladimir Putin that
he admires the smooth and confident policy of the latter in
enhancing the Russian economy.
He said in a word, capping the signing of the
declaration that he touched since he landed at the airport in Moscow
the enormous changes he never saw before.
He further said the relations between Russia
and Egypt are now seeing one of their most flourishing phases,
describing the talks conducted as candid and friendly.
He said the two sides probed the peace process
and the Iraqi file, noting that they both had identical views on
these issues in addition to the latest Egyptian-Jordanian initiative
for peace between Palestinians and Israelis.
