It is one of the most elegant halls because of it decorations; it has been harmoniously decorated with Coptic, Byzantine and Islamic adornments. The hall was called Byzantine due to the prominence of the Byzantine designs which are presented in a unique sophisticated way. The hall has been used as a foyer where guests would gather before going into the main ballroom.
