Music instrument shapes decorate the walls of this saloon along with Louis IV and XVI furniture style. A collection of the most prominent Italian artists work also decorate the walls, however, most important of which is the one representing the Egyptian flag surrounded by some angels. The saloon is called after this painting.Since the saloon was used for the queen’s receptions, it was also called “The Reception Saloon”. While today press conferences are held in the saloon.

It is a rectangular area consisting of several saloons. Walls and ceiling of that saloon are an example of luxury and elegance in terms of ornaments and adornments. The saloon is used as a seating area for the ministers.

Classic style furniture and invaluable masterworks spread around the area makes this saloon a special location. Walls are covered with luxurious golden color adornments and equipped with a door that connects to saloon no 2. Today the saloon is utilized by the President for meetings while in the past it was used to receive guests.
