It is one of the most important halls of the palace that used to be called “ The Decrees Hall”. It is a spacious area with an exceptionally high ceiling in harmony with the rest of the parts of the palace. Unique Islamic design dominates in this hall including ornamented marble shape pillarsinscribed with some verses of the Holy Quran. Illumination in the hall is by a Memluki style large chandelier and a unique collection of copper lanterns. The floor is made of best quality of wood crafted with ivory and mother of pearl making it a piece of art.
The king used the hall during formal events while now it is devoted for signing formal agreements, and other presidential formal occasions.
