  Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak said the Palestinian children have the right to live in peace.She expressed her wish for peace to be achieved in the Middle East to end the suffering of Palestinian children.

In front of a gathering in the United Kingdom, attended by Mrs. Cherrie Blair, Mrs. Mubarak said 100,000 sterling pounds were collected and transmitted to the children in Palestine.

The amount was raised from Egyptian and Arab community in London, as well as in Cairo. She handed over a cheque to the Palestinian commissioner in London.

Egyptian ambassador in London, Adel Al-Gazzar appreciated the efforts exerted by Mrs. Mubarak to improve the living conditions of Egyptian children especially in the fields of education and health.
